Employee safety
 
HIMAX is enrolled in the continuous improvement of safety management systems for its employees and employees of the manufacturing subcontractors, in accordance with the requirements of "five implementations, five in place". This includes work safety training for frontline staff, as well as other special measures such as on-site safety monitoring and diagnostics. In addition, efforts are being made to improve the company's ability to fully manage security systems. Continuous investigation and analysis of hidden dangers and improvement of hazard identification, are all part of the safety management process.

Harmonious labor relations
 
HIMAX complies with laws and regulations such as labor law, labor contract law, union law, and social insurance law, pays employees who respect human rights, cares for employees, and effectively protects the interests of employees, including establishing written labor contracts with employees. Himas carefully implements a comprehensive labor contract system, collective contract system, and employee congress system, and establishes and perfects trade union organizations. The company also established labor dispute mediation agencies, labor law supervision agencies, labor protection supervision and inspection agencies, and fully authorized these agencies to further improve the system. The company advocates equal consultation and collective contracting of employees to ensure the stability of the workforce and create and maintain a harmonious working environment.
